PVCMAN72 Manual Welding Machine Control Unit; Desktop provides the ability to control PVC welding machines used in places where there is no air connection possibility. In this way, it simplifies the welding work that needs to be done on site. The machine works like a normal PVC welding machine, but all movements are made with mechanical locking bolts manually controlled by the user. When the resistance is raised manually, the set melting time starts counting. When the melting time is over, the device notifies the user with an audible and light warning to take the resistance down. When the tray is closed, the bonding time set by the user starts. At the end of the gluing period, the audible and light warning sounds once and waits for the user to open the presses and receive the boiled profiles. At the end of the process, it puts the machine on standby in a ready-to-run state.
